What is the minimum order?

We have no minimum order except on screen printing (18pcs) We can do a smaller count, just will be an additional surcharge for a smaller order. Just remember that the larger the piece count, the better pricing we can offer.

When will my order be ready?

Our lead time is usually ten (10) business days. During peak seasons or holidays lead times may vary. To ensure that your garments are done when you need the, please plan ahead.

What is the “set-up” process?

“Setting up” artwork for embroidery and printing is a process where our graphics specialists works with digital design software to make sure your design will be faithfully reproduced by the machines we use. Our experienced team gives the machines the instructions they need, to get your order right the first time and keep turnaround time to a minimum.

What if I want to re-order the same design?

To make reorders painless for our customers, we keep detailed records of all your prior work, including your logos and colors. So, anytime you decide to have your club or company apparel redone, all you have to do is call us and tell us what sizes you need.

What image file formats do you accept?

We work with jpeg, eps, gif, png, ai and pdf files.

How can I pay for my order?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks or cash. When the order is placed, we require payment in full, unless prior arrangement have been made with us.

How the Order Process Works

 Step One - Call or email us to talk about your order You'll be surprised how quickly we can find the best solution for your needs, your taste and your budget.

Step Two - Submit your artwork or have us design it for your (minimal cost). If you don't have any artwork, just a rough sketch. Give us your ideas and we can help you design something.

Step Three - Pick a Garment or an item to sew or print on, We can sew or print on just about any garment. Visit our online catalogs to see the many garments selection or we can check into that specialty item for you.

Step Four - Approve your Proof We'll provide you a digital proof or a sewn prototype for your approval. Once approved, we will process your order and let you know when it is ready.

Step Five- Pick up your order Standard turnaround time is usually 10 business days. At peak demand times and holidays, it may take up to two weeks but we'll be sure to let you know when to expect your order. Orders can be either picked up at our shop or shipping can be arrange (for a fee). We do accept cash, check, debit cards or most major credit cards for payment.
